韩晶电子有限公司成立于1998年8月。于2000年6月在香港成立韩晶企业国际公司，2003年建立生产基地泉州韩晶电子有限公司有限公司。经过几年的发展壮大，于2005年9月成立东莞市韩晶电子有限公司，从事开关插座的生产和销售。
